How do you calculate your scores?

We compare each tour's rating on Viator and GetYourGuide with all other ratings on the same site, weight it by review count, and show the result from 0 to 10. The "How scores work" page has the details.

I'm a tour operator. Can I list my tours on your platform?

We don't accept direct submissions from tour operators. Tours appear automatically when they are listed on Viator or GetYourGuide, and their scores come only from the ratings there.

Do you offer refunds if a tour doesn't meet expectations?

We don't handle bookings or payments directly. If you have issues with a tour you booked through a link on our site, you'll need to contact the booking platform or tour operator directly for refund requests.

How can I report inaccurate information?
