About this tour
Get a taste of Anchorage’s craft beer scene on a four-hour small-group outing with a local guide. This Anchorage Brewery Tour visits three of the city’s breweries, where you’ll sample at least 14 beers and get a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process with the brewmasters. Along the way, hear stories about Alaska’s beer makers and local characters, and enjoy charcuterie during the brewery visits.
Round-trip guided transportation keeps the focus on the stops and the company, with a maximum group size of 12 for a more personal experience. Meet your guide at the Log Cabin Visitor Center in downtown Anchorage, then look for the marked Big Swig Tours van. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 5.00 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Anchorage
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.3.
