Big Island Meditation and Dharma Talks 8 hr

Find space to slow down and reconnect on a Big Island meditation and Dharma Talks experience. Over eight hours, visit a variety of inspiring locations and choose how you want to take part: settle into your own meditation practice with provided gear, or join an optional, interactive Dharma Talk about mindfulness and the value of silence.

The day makes room for playful creativity as well as quiet reflection. Make giant bubbles, create mandalas from rocks and leaves, or balance stones along the beach. Talks are tailored to the group, and supplemental video and audio teachings are available to listen to and discuss. Hammocks, blankets, chairs, snacks, bottled water, and an air-conditioned vehicle are provided, so you can focus on the experience.

Pickup in Hilo runs from 8:45 to 9:00, with the group meeting at Reed’s Bay near the shower and bathroom facility. The tour returns to this first stop at the end of the day. Come ready to explore a mindful practice you can continue nurturing after your Big Island meditation and Dharma Talks tour.
