Chicago Helicopter Tour: City to Shoreline

See Chicago from a fresh perspective on a Chicago Helicopter Tour, with skyline views giving way to the broad sweep of Lake Michigan. Departing from the Vertiport, the flight heads southeast before turning east toward the lakefront and following the shoreline south.

Look down on Soldier Field and the Museum Campus, then continue to the Museum of Science and Industry in Hyde Park. The route turns north along the water, passing Navy Pier and the John Hancock Center before reaching Montrose Harbor, where marinas and beaches offer a quieter contrast to downtown. A final loop brings the lakefront into view once more before the helicopter returns west to the Vertiport.

This Chicago Helicopter Tour connects downtown landmarks with the city’s scenic south shore in one flight. Check in at the front desk and enjoy a bird’s-eye look at the places that shape Chicago’s relationship with its lake.
