Watch the sunset, look for dolphins, and cruise past Destin Harbor’s glowing lights on this 90-minute trip for up to six passengers.

About this tour

As the sun sinks over the Gulf, Destin takes on a softer glow from the water. This 90-minute Destin sunset cruise pairs open-water views with the chance to spot dolphins, then returns through the harbor as its lights begin to shine.

A licensed captain leads the ride, with fuel, insurance, a pretzel snack, and all fees and taxes included. Complimentary wine is available to guests 21 and over, and you’re welcome to bring your own food. With space for up to six passengers, the cruise is also a lovely way to mark a special occasion. Children and infants count toward the passenger limit and need their own tickets; children 6 and under must wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket while the boat is moving, and those jackets are not provided.

Meet at the east dock behind The Edge restaurant, under the yellow umbrella. Settle in, watch the sky change color, and enjoy Destin from a fresh perspective on this Destin sunset cruise.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 6 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Destin
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.4. Top 34% in Destin means it ranks in the top 34% of tours in Destin by this score.
