Cruise to Crab Island on a private Destin pontoon with paddleboards, snorkeling gear, floats, games, and room for up to six passengers.

About this tour

Spend a laid-back day on the water with a Destin private pontoon tour to Crab Island. Settle into patio seating, relax in the shaded bar area or hammock, and take in the view from the upper deck as the boat carries your group toward the island.

Once there, choose your pace: paddleboard, snorkel, float, or join in onboard games such as basketball, volleyball, football, karaoke, and Tipsy Toss. Snorkeling equipment, floats, a paddleboard, and a cooler with ice are provided, while the private setting keeps the outing focused on your group of up to six. The listed tour lasts three hours, with longer options also offered by the provider.

Bring your own snacks and drinks, along with sunscreen and towels. Alcohol is not sold at Crab Island, and glass containers are not allowed. Children count toward the passenger limit, and young children need a properly fitted life jacket supplied by their family. Make your day on the water your own with a Destin private pontoon tour to Crab Island, then book the duration that suits your plans.

How this score is calculated

This tour scores 5.00 on Viator and 5.00 on GetYourGuide. Ratings on these sites cluster near the top of the 5-star scale, so we compare each one with all other ratings on the same site before combining them.

How the score works and rating distribution in Destin
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 8.3. Top 12% in Destin means it ranks in the top 12% of tours in Destin by this score.
