Cruise Destin Harbor and Choctawhatchee Bay with a licensed captain, spotting wildlife and watching the sunset over emerald waters.

About this tour

Set out as the sun lowers over Florida’s Emerald Coast on a 90-minute Destin Sunset Harbor Cruise. With an experienced, Coast Guard-licensed captain at the helm, you’ll explore Destin Harbor and Choctawhatchee Bay, where dolphins, sea turtles, exotic birds, and other marine life make their home.

Take in clear emerald waters and white-sand beaches as the sunset colors the bay. A cooler with ice, bottled water, and cups are provided, so bring your favorite drinks and food if you like. Connect to the boat’s Bluetooth stereo system and enjoy the ride with your group. The vessel is inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard for passenger safety.

Meet at the East Dock, Slip 1, near the Edge restaurant; public parking is across the street. Book your Destin Sunset Harbor Cruise for a relaxed evening on the water with family or friends.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 8 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Destin
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.5. Top 27% in Destin means it ranks in the top 27% of tours in Destin by this score.
