About this tour
Explore Fairbanks after dark on a guided journey through the city’s craft beer scene. The Fairbanks Brewery Tour visits three respected local breweries, where Alaska’s pure water, long winters, and frontier spirit shape every pour. At one stop, go behind the scenes to see how the beer is made from start to finish.
Two beer flights are included, redeemed at HooDoo and Lat 65. A heated winter ride or cool summer van carries you between stops, so you can focus on the evening instead of planning or driving. The tour lasts 210 minutes and offers a relaxed way to discover local brewing culture. You can choose to end at your hotel or at Humble Roots Beer Project downtown.
Guests must be at least 21 and show a valid driver's license or passport to purchase or consume alcohol. Each guest must sign a waiver before the tour. Book the Fairbanks Brewery Tour for an easygoing taste of the city’s after-hours character.

How this score is calculated
This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.
How the score works
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
