Cruise Fort Lauderdale on a private yacht for up to 12 guests, with time to swim, float, and relax at a captain-selected stop.

About this tour

Set out with your own group on a private Fort Lauderdale yacht tour, with time to cruise, swim, float, or simply unwind on the water. The 37- or 40-foot Sundancer yacht has open deck and cabin space, an onboard bathroom, Bluetooth speakers, and a cooler stocked with ice and water. A water mat adds another way to enjoy a swim stop.

Your captain chooses a safe anchoring spot, which may be Fort Lauderdale Sandbar, Sunrise Bay, or another location. The route and stop can change with weather, safety, and crowd conditions. Bring your own food, drinks, and music, then enjoy the outing at your own pace with up to 12 guests and no other travelers sharing the boat.

This Fort Lauderdale private yacht tour includes fuel and essential safety items, while the captain fee is paid separately: $100 for a 2-hour charter or $200 for a 4-hour charter. The lead traveler must sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement and select a captain under USCG law. Meet at the entrance of Pier B, then make the most of your time on the water with a Fort Lauderdale yacht tour tailored to your group.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.99 from 102 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Fort Lauderdale
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 9.0. Top 3% in Fort Lauderdale means it ranks in the top 3% of tours in Fort Lauderdale by this score.
