Cruise Broad Creek on a private Hilton Head dolphin tour, watching for bottlenose dolphins, marine life, and shore birds.

About this tour

Set out on a private dolphin cruise in Hilton Head, where Broad Creek’s calm waters reveal a lively coastal world. Your group of up to 24 passengers, including infants and children, has the boat to itself for a narrated outing among Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, marine life, and shore birds.

The 90-minute Hilton Head Private Dolphin Tour travels through local waters, offering views of Broad Creek that can only be enjoyed from the water. Settle into cushioned pontoon seating beneath a full shade top as you watch for dolphins in their natural habitat. A restroom is available on board, and the boat is Coast Guard certified.

Arrive at the Prince of Tides boat 30 minutes before departure. Park in the marina lot, walk down the wooden pier, and check in directly at the boat. Book your Hilton Head Private Dolphin Tour for an easygoing way to share the Lowcountry’s wildlife and scenery with your group.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Hilton Head Island
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.3.
