Explore the Na Pali Coast on a private 28-foot boat, with an experienced captain, snacks, and time to get close to sea caves and waterfalls.

About this tour

See Kauai’s dramatic coastline from the water on a private Na Pali Coast boat tour. With the owners serving as your crew, you’ll travel aboard a 28-foot boat designed to comfortably fit up to six people while staying small enough to approach sea caves and waterfalls.

The 300-minute tour includes travel time, and bottled water, snacks, snorkeling equipment, and an onboard restroom are provided. The private charter offers a more personal way to experience the coast with an experienced captain at the helm. Meet at the harbor park, in the grassy field on the right, and look for a gray truck by the dock with wetsuits hanging from the door.

Choose this Na Pali Coast private boat tour for a close-up coastal outing with your own group. Book your time on the water and discover the scenery from a boat built for exploring the shoreline.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 14 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Kauai
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.8. Top 29% in Kauai means it ranks in the top 29% of tours in Kauai by this score.
