Take the wheel on a nighttime Las Vegas desert chase, following a guide across dunes, gravel valleys, and rugged trails.

About this tour

Trade the Las Vegas Strip for a nighttime ride across the desert. On this Las Vegas Night Dune Buggy Chase, take the wheel and follow a professional guide through a rugged recreation area after dark.

The route winds across dunes, gravel, valleys, washed-out creek beds, and trails. Drive a sturdy buggy much like a regular car while keeping pace with your guide. The chase itself lasts 30 minutes, and the small group is limited to seven people for a more personal outing. Hotel pickup and drop-off, bottled water, and safety gear are included, with helmets, liners, gloves, and goggles provided.

Drivers must be at least 16 and have a valid driver's license; anyone under 18 must travel with an adult. If you're ready to see the desert from behind the wheel, book your Las Vegas Night Dune Buggy Chase and head out after sunset.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.95 from 22 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Las Vegas
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.8. Top 20% in Las Vegas means it ranks in the top 20% of tours in Las Vegas by this score.
