Drive your own Bronco on a guided desert trail along Lake Mead, with lunch, refreshments, and insights from your trail leader.

About this tour

Trade the Las Vegas Strip for open desert and the quiet shores of Lake Mead on a guided off-road adventure to Echo Bay Wash. Take the wheel of your own Bronco and follow a relaxed route through a striking landscape of sandy terrain, winding channels, creosote bushes, and cacti.

The morning outing begins at the meeting point at Lake Las Vegas. From there, drivers travel in a group along the northern shores of Lake Mead, one of the largest reservoirs in the United States. Your trail leader shares insights about the desert landscape and its waterways along the way. The experience includes the Lake Mead Recreation Area entrance fee, lunch, snacks, and water, so you can focus on the scenery and the drive.

This Las Vegas off-road adventure offers a different perspective on the region, with a chance to explore a quieter, less-visited side of the city’s surroundings. Book your trip to Echo Bay Wash and discover the desert from behind the wheel.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
