About this tour

Spend a day discovering Bath and the Cotswolds on a guided trip from London. Travel to Bourton-on-the-Water, where you can explore one of the region’s best-known villages, then continue to Bath for a guided walk and included entry to the historic Roman Baths. Bath’s UNESCO World Heritage setting adds a striking backdrop to the day, with elegant streets and centuries of history to take in along the way.

A professional guide leads the experience, and the small-group format offers a more personal way to explore. The tour departs from Victoria in the morning and returns to London in the evening, with the final stop subject to traffic. Choose the Signature Tour option for premium bus seating, a live guide, a lunch pack, and Roman Baths entry. Food and drinks are otherwise not included, and hotel transfers are not provided.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.48 from 132 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in London
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 5.2.
