Get hands-on with the craft of Chinese dumplings in this London Dim Sum Cooking Class. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll learn to roll dough, shape fillings, and cook several classic varieties.

Make Har Gow, the crystal prawn dumplings; Chiu Chow Fun Gwor, steamed dumplings from Chiu Chow; and Sui Mai, open-top pork and prawn dumplings. You’ll create 15–18 dumplings, try different fillings, then sit down to enjoy everything you’ve made. Two drink tokens are included to redeem at the bar, and a certificate will be sent after class when full names are provided with the booking.
