Walk through historic Kensington with a private guide, then explore Kensington Palace independently with your included admission ticket.

About this tour

Discover Kensington on a private walking tour led by an official guide, with stories that bring the neighborhood’s history to life. Over two hours, explore its streets and corners before finishing at Kensington Palace, where your included ticket lets you visit independently.

Kensington Palace is known for its grand architecture and royal connections. The Royal Family lived here for more than two centuries, and the palace now houses museums devoted to art and royal history. Your guide accompanies you around Kensington, but does not lead the visit inside the palace; you can explore the rooms on your own after the walk. The tour is private, and the meeting point is at the palace or a nearby hotel.

See Kensington with a local perspective, then step into one of London’s best-known royal landmarks. Book this London Kensington Walking Tour for a personal introduction to the neighborhood and palace.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
