About this tour

See Los Angeles up close on a private, 7.5-hour journey through the city’s celebrated neighborhoods and coastal scenes. With hotel pickup in the Los Angeles area, you can settle into a luxury, air-conditioned SUV or bus and leave the driving to your guide.

Visit Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood, with up to 45 minutes at each stop to explore at your own pace. Along the way, your driver-guide shares local stories and details that bring the city’s landmarks and character into focus. Bottled water is provided, and the private format offers a comfortable way to experience several distinct sides of LA in one day.

Los Angeles private tour plans may vary if the Observatory is closed on Monday or the park is unavailable for filming; Mulholland Drive and/or the Hollywood Bowl may be offered as alternatives. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 45 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Los Angeles
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 8.6. Top 8% in Los Angeles means it ranks in the top 8% of tours in Los Angeles by this score.
