Learn to paddle with confidence on the calm, protected waters of Biscayne Bay. This Miami paddleboard lesson pairs hands-on instruction with a scenic setting, helping you build skills while enjoying the bay.

Start with an introduction to the equipment and paddle sizing, then practice proper technique, balance, standing up, and safely getting on and off your board. Take those skills onto the water with guidance from a certified SUP instructor. You’ll also cover when and where to paddle, how to read conditions, and how weather affects your time on the water. Instruction follows local and U.S. Coast Guard guidelines, with safety at the center of the lesson.
