Cruise the Mississippi with live New Orleans jazz, French Quarter views, and optional Creole-style brunch aboard a riverboat.

About this tour

Settle into the rhythm of the Mississippi aboard the New Orleans Riverboat Jazz Brunch Cruise. Live jazz from local musicians and views of the French Quarter make the journey as memorable as the meal.

As the boat glides along the river, listen to the captain’s narration and spot landmarks including Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral. Choose the brunch option for Creole-style dishes, then enjoy a drink from the full-service bars on every deck or stop by the onboard snack bar. The cruise lasts 2 hours, with a listed tour duration of 150 minutes. It operates rain or shine, and the vessel may be substituted with the Steamboat NATCHEZ during inspections or maintenance. Dining guests ages 21 and older with valid photo ID can enjoy the 75¢ mimosa special on Saturday brunch cruises through September 30, 2026.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.00 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in New Orleans
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
