Explore Niagara Falls with a local guide, feel the spray at Cave of the Winds, and add an optional Maid of the Mist boat ride.

About this tour

Get close enough to feel the roar and spray of Niagara Falls on this guided Niagara Falls USA highlights tour. Meet your local guide outside the Hard Rock Cafe at 333 Prospect St, then explore the islands and viewpoints of Niagara Falls State Park in a small group.

Walk across scenic Luna Island and visit Goat Island before taking in the falls from Terrapin Point. The centerpiece is Cave of the Winds: descend 175 feet into the Niagara Gorge and follow wooden walkways to the Hurricane Deck, where Bridal Veil Falls crashes just feet away. You’ll also see the Nikola Tesla statue along the way.

Want to venture closer to the water? Add an optional Maid of the Mist ticket and sail into the basin of Horseshoe Falls. With a local guide, Cave of the Winds admission, and time at several memorable viewpoints, this Niagara Falls USA tour brings the landscape into vivid focus. Choose the optional boat ride if it suits your plans and experience Niagara Falls up close.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.75 from 4 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Niagara Falls
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.2. Top 39% in Niagara Falls means it ranks in the top 39% of tours in Niagara Falls by this score.
