Cruise Norfolk’s Elizabeth River for 2.5 hours, with an attended buffet dinner, city views, and time on the outdoor deck.

About this tour

Settle in for an evening on the water as Norfolk’s skyline glows along the Elizabeth River. This 2.5-hour Norfolk dinner cruise pairs city views and passing Navy vessels with a freshly prepared buffet and relaxed background music.

Board at Otter Berth beside Waterside Mall, where the crew escorts you to your table before the boat sets off. Choose from the attended buffet, then enjoy your meal at an easy pace. Coffee, tea, and iced tea are included, and alcoholic drinks are available to purchase. Between courses, explore the ship or head to the outdoor observation deck for open-air river views. After dinner, linger over coffee and dessert as the shoreline slips by, then take in the night air beneath the stars before returning to the dock.

Book your Norfolk dinner cruise for a laid-back night of good food, river scenery, and time together on the water.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.33 from 189 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Norfolk
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 4.8.
