Glide through Waikiki and around Diamond Head on a guided Segway tour, with coastal viewpoints and sunset photo stops along the way.

About this tour

See Honolulu’s coast and city streets from a fresh perspective on a guided Segway ride. After a training session, set off through Waikiki, passing the Moana Surfrider Hotel and Duke Kahanamoku Statue before continuing by the Waikiki Aquarium and the historic WWI Natatorium.

Follow Coconut Avenue along the base of Diamond Head, then ride Diamond Head Road to the Amelia Earhart Lookout. Take in views of Koko Head Crater, the ocean and neighboring islands, with a stop near Diamond Head Lighthouse. The route also circles Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, follows the Ala Wai Canal and reaches Magic Island, where Waikiki’s skyline meets the coast. Sunset photo opportunities bring the scenery into focus, with Diamond Head rising behind the city.

A helmet, headset and cold water are provided, and the small front bag on the Segway can carry a compact bag or backpack. The tour lasts about 3.5 hours and is offered with live guiding in English and Japanese. Choose this Honolulu Segway tour to cover iconic neighborhoods and viewpoints in one scenic outing.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: GetYourGuide doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
