Join a lively Ko Olina luau with Hawaiian stories, cultural activities, flexible dining, and an oceanfront evening of entertainment.

About this tour

Experience a story-led luau in Ko Olina, where Hawaiian stories unfold through lively performances and the ocean sets the scene. Created by Hawaiian Council, Luau Kaula brings you into the show from the moment you arrive, with a warm lei greeting and a welcome beverage.

Rather than waiting in long buffet lines, enjoy a flexible eat-when-you-want format and choose when to dine. Between performances, take part in cultural activities, friendly competitions, and lessons, or join a singalong if you feel like it. Wandering performers keep the evening moving, building toward a high-energy finale as the sound of the ocean returns.

Your ticket option determines what is included; dinner is not part of the Cocktail Only ticket. Hotel pickup and drop-off are available only when you select the transportation option. Make your evening in Ko Olina memorable with a welcoming celebration of Hawaiian stories, culture, and entertainment.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.87 from 306 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Oahu
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.8. Top 21% in Oahu means it ranks in the top 21% of tours in Oahu by this score.
