About this tour

Paris is known for its museums, but some of its most compelling art stories unfold in the galleries of Rue de Seine. Join a private Paris Art Galleries Guided Tour with a professional art expert and explore a neighborhood shaped by generations of artists, writers, musicians, and thinkers.

Your guide introduces the historical context and leading names behind the area’s creative reputation as you visit important galleries and meet Parisian gallery owners. Along the way, discover connections to artists such as Picasso and Georges Braque, whose work and lives helped define the city’s artistic identity. The 120-minute walk offers a closer look at contemporary art and the people who bring it to life, with a private guide to provide context and answer questions.

Meet in front of the Church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The tour is wheelchair accessible, and public transportation options are available nearby. Book this Paris Art Galleries Guided Tour to experience the city’s art scene beyond its famous museums.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
