About this tour

Make your first days in Paris easier with a private tour shaped around your plans. Meet your local guide at your hotel, get your bearings, and set out with a custom itinerary that helps you make the most of your stay.

Choose a 3.5-hour or 7-hour visit. Along the way, ask how to get around by metro or taxi, which attractions deserve a place on your schedule, when to visit the Louvre, or where to find a newly opened restaurant near your hotel. Public transport costs are included, and your guide can help you plan a route that fits your interests and available time. Museum and monument tickets are not included; visiting museums may require an additional licensed-guide fee.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.86 from 7 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.2. Top 49% in Paris means it ranks in the top 49% of tours in Paris by this score.
