Explore the Musée d'Orsay with an artist-guide, learn the masters’ techniques, and create your own drawings in this 150-minute workshop.

About this tour

See the Musée d'Orsay through the eyes of both an artist and a professional guide. This 150-minute Paris drawing workshop pairs close looking with hands-on creativity, helping you notice how artworks are made and what makes each one distinctive.

As you explore, your guide shares the historical context, styles, and techniques behind the masters’ work, bringing paintings to life with insight and humor. Then put pencil to paper: drawing materials are provided, and no museum permission is needed for this spontaneous activity. Headphones and audio receivers help you follow the guided tour, while skip-the-line entry and a museum ticket are included.

Meet by the steps of the Musée de la Légion d’Honneur at Entrance 2 during renovations. The workshop is wheelchair accessible, and free museum admission is available for eligible visitors with the required identification. Join this Paris drawing workshop to look closer, learn from an artist, and make your own creative connection with the collection.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
