Explore the Louvre after dark, see the Mona Lisa, and hear the stories behind its treasures with an English-speaking expert guide.

About this tour

Experience the Louvre after dark, when its grand halls take on a quieter, more intimate atmosphere. This 120-minute guided visit brings you face to face with the Mona Lisa and the museum’s celebrated treasures, with fewer crowds than during busier daytime hours.

An English-speaking expert guide leads the way, sharing context and stories as you explore the galleries. The evening setting adds a special glow to the Louvre’s iconic spaces, while a guided format helps make the vast collection feel more approachable. Adult museum admission is included; visitors under 18 and EEA residents under 26 may enter free with valid ID and proof of residency.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.51 from 104 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 5.5.
