Solve a Paris mystery on a self-paced escape game past Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, and other landmarks in the elegant Opera district.

About this tour

Explore Paris’s elegant Opera district through a two-hour outdoor escape game that blends puzzles with cultural discovery. Meet beside La Madeleine Church for a welcome briefing and your game materials, then set off at your own pace to investigate a case involving the President.

Follow clues through the neighborhood, passing Place de la Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, and Place de la Concorde. The booklet pairs riddles and a map with historical anecdotes and context about the landmarks along the way. If you need a hand with a puzzle, assistance is available at the start and end of the route, and you can call for help during the game.

This Paris Outdoor Escape Game Around the Opera offers a playful way to explore the city’s heritage with family, colleagues, or friends. The investigation lasts about two hours and ends automatically after three, so keep the time limit in mind if you stop for a break. Gather your team and discover central Paris one clue at a time.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
