Explore quiet streets, Art Nouveau mosaics, and a Provençal-style plaza on a self-guided audio walk around Parc Montsouris.
About this tour
Step away from Paris’s busy avenues and explore a quieter, leafy side of the city on a Paris Parc Montsouris self-guided audio tour. Follow the voice of the local Comte de Saint-Germain through the 14th arrondissement, where Art Nouveau mosaics brighten the streets around the park, then continue toward a small plaza in the 13th arrondissement with a distinctly Provençal feel.
As you walk, hear stories about the people and places along the route, plus the surprising history of Paris’s water system and where the city gets its drinking water. Allow about 1.5 hours, with benches and public restrooms available along the way. The VoiceMap app uses GPS to guide you on-site, and you can also listen virtually with Continuous Play. Download the audio, maps, and geodata for offline access, then start, pause, or restart whenever it suits you. The Paris Parc Montsouris self-guided audio tour offers an easy way to explore at your own pace. Download the app, follow the route, and discover a more tranquil corner of Paris.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.67 from 6 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.7.
