About this tour
Step into Père Lachaise Cemetery, where leafy avenues and ornate tombs hold stories of artists, musicians, and cultural icons. On this guided Paris Père Lachaise Cemetery Tour, an expert local guide leads you through the historic grounds and shares tales connected to famous residents, including Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde, and Édith Piaf.
As you walk among the graves, discover why this peaceful cemetery feels like an open-air museum. The tour pairs its history and personal stories with a taste of Paris: enjoy a sweet or savory French crepe at a traditional local café. Your guide speaks English or French, and the experience lasts three hours. Expect uneven paths, cobblestones, hills, and stairs, so comfortable shoes are a good choice.
Meet outside Alexandre Dumas Metro on Line 2, 15 minutes before departure, and look for the LetzGo City Tours sign. Join this Paris Père Lachaise Cemetery Tour for a thoughtful walk through the city’s past, followed by a classic café treat.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.74 from 31 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.9.
