Explore Paris with a private guide, discovering local highlights and hidden gems on a walking route customized to your interests.

About this tour

Discover Paris on a private walking tour shaped around your interests. With a local guide, you’ll move beyond a checklist of landmarks to find hidden corners and see the city through the eyes of someone who knows it well.

Your guide can suggest sights or follow places you choose, with the route agreed in advance or discussed when you meet. The listed itinerary is only an example, so you can focus on the neighborhoods and landmarks that appeal to you. Choose a local guide for a personal perspective, or a professional tour guide if detailed historical knowledge matters most. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, and the tour is wheelchair accessible.

Make the most of your time in Paris with a private walking tour tailored to the way you want to explore.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.50 from 4 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.8.
