About this tour

Explore the Musée Rodin with a private guide and skip-the-line access in the heart of Paris. Housed in the Hôtel Biron, the museum brings together the work and legacy of Auguste Rodin, one of the most celebrated sculptors of his era.

On this 90-minute Paris Rodin Museum Private Tour, discover how Rodin’s bequest to the French state led to the museum’s creation. Opened to the public in 1919, the collection grew from the artist’s works, possessions, molds, and models. Your bilingual licensed guide shares the story behind the museum and its connection to the Hôtel Biron and its gardens. Skip-the-line access helps you spend more of your visit exploring rather than waiting.

Museum admission is not included and costs €13 per adult. Meet your guide at the museum entrance 15 minutes before departure. Book your Paris Rodin Museum Private Tour for a closer look at the artist’s enduring legacy.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.69 from 13 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Paris
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.3.
