Drive a 4-seater UTV through Gatlinburg’s rugged forest trails with an expert guide, flexible pacing, and scenic stops for photos.

About this tour

Take the wheel of a 4-seater Can-Am Maverick and trade paved roads for rugged trails in the Gatlinburg wilderness. This Gatlinburg Off-Road UTV Tour winds through a private park of old-growth forest, rocky mountain paths, wooded corridors, and scenic overlooks, with an expert guide leading the way.

After checking in at Basecamp, meet your guide, watch a safety demonstration, and get equipped before setting out. The guided ride lasts about 90 minutes, with a scheduled tour duration of 2 hours. Drive at a pace that suits your group, and pause along the way for photos of the forest and mountain scenery. Tours are kept personal, with up to eight guest vehicles following the guide. Helmets and eye protection are provided, and ride-along seats are available for guests who prefer not to drive.

Arrive early, bring your driver’s license if you plan to drive, and wear closed-toe shoes. Book your Gatlinburg Off-Road UTV Tour for a hands-on way to explore the backcountry and make the most of the views.

How this score is calculated

This tour scores 4.40 on GetYourGuide (Viator shows no usable rating). Ratings on these sites cluster near the top of the 5-star scale, so we compare each one with all other ratings on the same site before combining them.

How the score works and rating distribution in Pigeon Forge
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.8.
