Cruise Providence’s waterways for 50 minutes and admire the partial WaterFire lighting glowing across the Waterplace Park Basin.
About this tour
See Providence glow from the water on a 50-minute evening cruise timed with a partial WaterFire lighting. From the boat, watch flames shimmer across the Waterplace Park Basin and enjoy scenic views of downtown Providence.
The cruise travels along Providence’s waterways, offering a close-up perspective on the riverfront and the basin’s fires. Partial WaterFire events illuminate only part of the river, making this a compact way to experience the spectacle from the water. Your ticket includes the evening cruise and partial lighting; a live English guide is available.
Meet at The Landing PVD, at 101 Dyer St. Before boarding, note that the vessel has no restroom and is not wheelchair accessible. Reserve your place and experience Providence WaterFire from a memorable riverside vantage point.

How this score is calculated
This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.77 from 31 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.
How the score works and rating distribution in Providence
- Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
- Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
- Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
- The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.8. Top 17% in Providence means it ranks in the top 17% of tours in Providence by this score.
