Try capoeira in Rome with a beginner-friendly 90-minute workshop blending martial arts, dance, music, and Brazilian culture.

About this tour

Discover capoeira in Rome, where martial arts meet dance, music, acrobatics, and Brazilian culture. This 90-minute workshop offers a welcoming way to try the art for yourself, even if you have never trained or consider yourself athletic.

Learn the basics at your own pace; beginners are not expected to perform cartwheels or handstands. Capoeira brings people together across ages, sizes, and abilities, while movement helps build fitness from the first session. Bottled water and comfortable sports equipment are provided. The meeting point is Ilê Odara - Centro di Cultura Brasiliana, near Metro B Piramide. A live guide speaks Portuguese.

How this score is calculated

This tour has no TourTruth score yet: Viator doesn't show a usable rating for it. It gets a score as soon as a provider lists one.

How the score works
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10. Tours without a usable provider rating are not scored.
