Explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill at your own pace with a narrated audio guide app and entry ticket.

About this tour

Explore ancient Rome on your own terms with a ticket to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. A narrated audio guide app adds historical context and stories as you move through these landmark sites at your own pace, without following a group schedule. The provider describes the guide as available in multiple languages, so visitors can listen in the language that suits them.

Your ticket covers entry to all three sites. Depending on the option selected, it may also include the Colosseum reservation fee and access to the Arena section. Check your chosen option carefully to see which features are included. Head directly to the Colosseum with your tickets, and arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. Bring valid identification for every visitor, with names matching the booking exactly; the Colosseum may deny entry if details do not match. Security screening is required, and large bags and several other restricted items are not permitted.

Discover Rome’s ancient landmarks with the flexibility to pause, listen, and explore at your own pace. Book your Rome Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill Audio Guide experience and make the most of your visit.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.17 from 29 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 5.9.
