Explore Rome by private golf cart, choosing between famous landmarks and lesser-known corners with a guide who tailors the route to you.

About this tour

See Rome from the easygoing vantage point of a golf cart on a private, customizable tour. With four hours to explore, you can focus on the Eternal City’s celebrated sights or ask your guide to steer toward places you have not yet discovered.

A suggested route takes in the Colosseum from outside, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain. At each stop, get out to take photos and hear the stories behind the setting. Already know the headline attractions? Tell your guide what you have seen, and shape the outing around Rome’s less familiar corners instead. Private transportation, bottled water, and all fees and taxes are included. Pantheon entry is included when arranged in advance; bring valid ID matching your booking name.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.94 from 261 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 8.8. Top 5% in Rome means it ranks in the top 5% of tours in Rome by this score.
