Ride from Fiumicino Airport to your Rome accommodation in an air-conditioned private vehicle with flight tracking and flexible pickup timing.

About this tour

Arrive in Rome and leave the airport journey to a private transfer that follows your flight, not just the time on your booking. Travel from Fiumicino Airport to your accommodation in an air-conditioned sedan or minivan, with a driver waiting for up to 60 minutes after landing.

Rome Private Airport Transfer offers sedan service for up to two passengers and minivans for groups of three to eight. Luggage allowances vary by vehicle and group size, so check the details before booking. Your driver monitors flight status and adjusts pickup for early arrivals or delays. Keep your phone accessible for WhatsApp communication, and provide your accommodation name and address within the Aurelian Walls. The selected booking time is indicative; airport monitor landing times determine the waiting period. Hotel pickup includes 15 minutes of waiting.

Book Rome Private Airport Transfer for a straightforward ride into the city, and arrange any return journey separately in advance.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 3.99 from 136 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 4.1.
