Ride through Rome in a vintage Fiat 500, passing iconic landmarks and panoramic viewpoints, with an optional private photoshoot.

About this tour

See Rome from the passenger seat of a vintage Fiat 500, winding through storied streets with a knowledgeable driver at the wheel. This Rome Vintage Fiat 500 ride begins near the Colosseum and takes in some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks.

Pause by the Colosseum, then pass Circus Maximus and the Arch of Constantine on the way to the Orange Garden, where the Terrazza Aventino offers panoramic city views. Continue past the Tiber, through Trastevere, and by Fontana di Acqua Paolo and Vatican City before heading up Gianicolo Hill, described as Rome’s highest point. The route returns to the Colosseum.

Choose the private photographer option for a professional photoshoot; the listing says you’ll receive 100+ images within 24–72 hours. Photography is provided with a phone or professional camera when that option is booked. The Orange Garden closes after 21:00, so keep its hours in mind when planning. Take a seat, enjoy the views, and discover Rome on a memorable Fiat 500 ride.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 5.00 from 9 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Rome
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.6. Top 21% in Rome means it ranks in the top 21% of tours in Rome by this score.
