El Cajon Petting Zoo Experience 1 hr

Meet a charming cast of farm animals during this 60-minute El Cajon Petting Zoo Experience. Get up close with gentle Kunekune pigs, playful Nigerian Dwarf goats, and sweet Babydoll and Friesian sheep, then spend time with the farm’s majestic Highland cows. There are soft bunnies to cuddle and a cheerful flock of fluffy Silkie and crested Polish chickens to meet, too.

This hands-on visit offers animal lovers and families a relaxed way to interact with a variety of heritage and miniature breeds. After your time with the animals, browse the farm store for a souvenir. The El Cajon Petting Zoo Experience includes admission and interaction with domesticated animals, with a live English-speaking guide.

To find the meeting point, turn right from Alta Lane onto Alta Place and follow the asphalt road through the gates marked Welcome to A Simpler Time. Continue to the circular driveway, park along its outside edge, and meet the greeter dogs. Come ready to enjoy a close-up introduction to the farm’s friendly residents.
