Anchorage Private Scenic Turnagain Arm Glacier Tour 6 hr

Explore Alaska’s coastal wilderness on a private Anchorage Turnagain Arm Glacier Tour, with room to shape the day around your interests. Set your own pace, ask for photo stops, and enjoy the scenery with a local guide who also photographs the journey.

Follow the Seward Highway, one of North America’s most scenic drives, as it traces the shoreline of Turnagain Arm beneath rugged mountain peaks. The inlet is known for its dramatic tides and rare bore tide, a wave that travels across the water. Keep watch for moose, bald eagles, Dall sheep, and possibly beluga whales along the way. Your guide captures scenic views, wildlife encounters, and candid group moments, then sends you a curated gallery of edited photos. Bottled water and snacks are provided; an entrance fee is included only if you select that option, and lunch is not included.

With private transportation and a flexible itinerary, this Anchorage Turnagain Arm Glacier Tour makes it easy to take in the landscapes at your own rhythm. Choose your stops and enjoy a personal day on Alaska’s coast.
