Meet the Ohana Surf Lessons van at Kahaluu Beach Park, near the north end of the bay along Aliʻi Drive. Your lesson includes a foam-top surfboard and surf shoes, plus a rash guard shirt and a life vest if requested. Instructors are lifeguards certified in First Aid and CPR, and the company is fully insured. A moderate level of physical fitness is recommended; the lesson is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, pregnant travelers, or those with poor cardiovascular health.
