About this tour

Make your arrival or departure in Kona easier with an airport shuttle designed to take the stress out of getting around. Choose a shared ride for a lower fare and the chance to meet fellow travelers, or select a private transfer for a more personal trip. Either way, you can settle into an air-conditioned vehicle and leave the airport journey to your driver.

Real-time flight tracking and direct communication help keep your transfer aligned with your travel plans. With door-to-door service, you can skip the hassle of arranging public transportation or a taxi and focus on the Hawaiian adventure ahead. Excess baggage and airport or departure tax are included, while Wi-Fi and an onboard restroom are not provided.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.67 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Big Island of Hawaii
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.0.
