About this tour

Make your departure from the Big Island easier with a pre-booked Kona hotel-to-airport transfer. A local operator provides a shared ride to Kona International Airport (KOA), helping you avoid the stress of airport parking and traffic.

Travel in a newer-model vehicle with a professional local driver, and get assistance with your luggage along the way. The transfer includes space for two pieces of luggage and one personal item per passenger. Pickup is available in Kona, Hualalai, Keauhou, Waikoloa, and Mauna Kea; service outside these areas is excluded. Contact the supplier at least 3 days before your travel date to arrange a specific pickup time. Collapsible wheelchair-accessible vehicles can be requested when booking, though drivers cannot assist with boarding or exiting.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. Viator rates it 4.08 from 12 reviews. We place that rating among all Viator ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Big Island of Hawaii
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.4.
