About this tour

Begin with a 90-minute minibus ride through downtown, with a guide sharing stories about the city’s history and architecture. Stop at Museum Campus and the Chicago Bean for photos, then continue past landmarks including the Magnificent Mile and Gold Coast. Bottled water and coffee or tea are available onboard the minibus.

Glide along the Chicago River and take in the city’s celebrated skyline, historic buildings, and towering skyscrapers from the water, with live commentary from a local guide. The combination of land and water offers a broad perspective on Chicago’s distinctive built environment. Meet at 465 N McClurg Ct, where the minibus departs and returns before you board the boat. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.33 from 9 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Chicago
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 6.7.
