Cruise Choctawhatchee Bay at sunset, watch for wild dolphins, and return to Destin Harbor as its waterfront lights come alive.

About this tour

Watch the sunset paint Choctawhatchee Bay in orange, pink, and gold on a shared cruise from Destin. This 75-minute Destin Sunset and Eco Tour pairs the chance to spot wild dolphins with views of the harbor as its waterfront lights come alive.

Cruise across Choctawhatchee Bay, where the crew knows where dolphins are often seen. These are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed. Then enjoy the changing colors of sunset from the water before returning to Destin Harbor for an evening look at its illuminated waterfront. Bottled water is included, and the non-private setting makes this a shared experience.

Arrive early at the Destin Pontoon Charters booth on the docks to check in and complete your waivers; the boat departs promptly, and boarding closes 10 minutes before departure. Bring your camera, settle in for the bay views, and enjoy a sunset outing that captures two sides of Destin after dark.

How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 4.86 from 3 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in Destin

Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.2. Top 49% in Destin means it ranks in the top 49% of tours in Destin by this score.
