Fairbanks Aurora Lodge and Chase Tour 9 hr

Leave Fairbanks behind for a night beneath Alaska’s northern sky. This 9-hour Fairbanks Aurora Lodge and Chase Tour pairs the comfort of a private wilderness lodge with the flexibility to seek clearer skies when conditions change.

Travel through Alaska’s interior in a heated van with a small group of up to 10 guests. On clear nights, settle into the lodge, warm up by the fireplace, and watch for the aurora through panoramic windows. If clouds call for a change of location, the guide can take the group on the road to chase clearer skies. Hot drinks, snacks, and restroom facilities are available at the lodge, and you can get help with your phone or camera settings. Groups of 1–3 also receive watermark-free aurora portraits the next morning.

Round-trip hotel pickup and drop-off from Fairbanks make the evening easier to plan. Dress warmly in layers, and bring a tripod if you want to photograph the lights. Book the Fairbanks Aurora Lodge and Chase Tour for a cozy base, a small-group experience, and the chance to follow the sky’s changing conditions.
