Arrive at Kahului Airport to a fresh lei, a personalized sign, and a photo keepsake of your warm Maui welcome.

About this tour

Begin your Maui trip with a personal welcome at Kahului Airport. As you make your way toward baggage claim, a greeter will be waiting with a fresh lei and a sign bearing your party’s name, turning an airport arrival into a memorable first moment on the island.

Your flight is monitored so the greeting can be timed around your arrival. After the welcome, receive a photo of the moment by text as a keepsake. The meeting point is at the bottom of the stairs or escalator leading to baggage claim; share a phone number when booking so you can connect with your greeter if needed. The service lasts about 20 minutes and is available in English.

A Maui Lei Greeting at Kahului Airport offers a thoughtful start for a honeymoon, family visit, celebration, or getaway. Book ahead, then step off the plane and into a warm island welcome.

How this score is calculated

This tour scores 5.00 on Viator and 5.00 on GetYourGuide. Ratings on these sites cluster near the top of the 5-star scale, so we compare each one with all other ratings on the same site before combining them.

How the score works and rating distribution in Maui
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 7.6.
