Minneapolis Skyway Walking Tour 2 hr

Discover downtown Minneapolis through its remarkable skyway system, a year-round route through the city’s architectural landscape. Minneapolis Skyway Walking Tour takes you along elevated walkways that connect 80 city blocks and stretch for more than 9 miles, offering a comfortable way to explore in cold, heat, or rain.

With a local, Minnesota-born guide, learn how the skyways grew from efforts to revitalize downtown and its retail core. Along the way, take in city sights from indoors and out, and spot details that can be easy to miss from street level. The tour covers up to 2 miles at a relaxed pace, with breaks. On the afternoon tour, the route ends at the historic Minneapolis Club, which is not typically open to the public.

Meet your guide at the big “W” in the W Hotel lobby inside the Foshay Tower. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Book the Minneapolis Skyway Walking Tour for a distinctive look at the city, whatever the weather.
