Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Dean near Times Square with a five-hour open bar, DJ sets, passed bites, and a midnight champagne toast.

About this tour

Ring in the New Year at The Dean, just three blocks from Times Square, with music, festive bites, and a midnight champagne toast. This New York New Year's Eve party puts you close to the city’s famous celebration while offering a lively indoor place to welcome the year ahead.

Your evening includes a five-hour top-shelf open bar from 9 PM to 2 AM, plus passed hors d’oeuvres served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM. Dance to DJ sets spanning house, Top 40, pop, hip-hop, and mash-ups, then raise a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight. A televised broadcast of the Times Square Ball Drop brings the iconic countdown into the venue, and party favors add to the occasion.

The New York New Year's Eve party ticket is standing-room only, with no reserved seating. The Dean is at 214 W 39th St Unit #5; allow extra time to arrive because Manhattan traffic can be heavy on New Year’s Eve. Guests must be 21 or older and bring valid government-issued photo ID. How this score is calculated

This score is based on one provider. GetYourGuide rates it 2.65 from 92 reviews. We place that rating among all GetYourGuide ratings and weight it by its review count. If the tour is found on another provider later, both ratings are combined.

How the score works and rating distribution in New York City
  • Each provider rating is turned into a percentile: the share of that provider's ratings it beats, weighted by review counts.
  • Listings on different providers are combined in proportion to their review counts.
  • Tours with few reviews are pulled toward the average until more reviews come in, so a handful of perfect reviews can't top the list.
  • The result is shown from 0 to 10: this tour scores 4.2.
